We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor for subscription billing. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us and Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis until your subscription is terminated. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the subscription services.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to change the fees for subscriptions at any time, provided that we will notify you before any fee changes apply to you. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law. In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
Trial periods, if offered, are for new users only, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our affiliates, or our licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, any content on the Platform, or any services obtained through the Platform.
This includes any financial losses you may incur as a result of investment decisions made based on information obtained through our Platform.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancelling your subscription will not automatically delete your account - to delete your account completely, please contact our customer support.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees already paid.
